i've been riding my 2000 yellow savage for a month now and just wanted to say, "i think i made the right choice." i ride to work 25-30 minutes @ 50mph each way, anyday i feel i can beat the raindrops. so far i've only had to ride in the rain once. (let me tell you, IT SUCKED!)
finally got a 15" MEMPHIS "SLIM" SHADES put on yesturday. i've ridden about 50 miles with it so far and seems to be worth the wait. + its easy to take on and off. i am wondering however, "should i have gotten to 17"." the wind seems to hit me right in the forehead.
my next stop will be the 600 mile check-up. i've heard how important this service is and 680 miles came awfully fast.
just wanted to let you know, i'm enjoying the new bike and feel proud to ride amoung you.
